The custom process includes anything from simple modifications of stock pieces, to designing a completely unique item to commemorate a special theme or event.  Our highly qualified design team prides itself on coming up with the perfect item to fit your need.

   Step 1:
            
     In order to find a solution to meet your needs, our design team needs THREE simple questions answered:

     • What is the theme or event? Any input or ideas you can provide are incorporated into our proposal. If you have no ideas, that's okay too. We have created themes for many of our satisfied clients!

     • How many awards or plaques are needed? 

     • What is the budget range for the project?  A general price range is needed to ensure that our custom proposal meets your fiscal needs as well as your creative needs.
 

  Step 2:

   With these three important questions answered, our design team and sales staff will work together to provide you concepts for your award. If quantities warrant, sketches of concepts will be created and e-mailed or faxed to your desk.

  Step 3: (optional)

   At Pacesetter, we understand that rewarding outstanding efforts is an important way to motivate employees. Making decisions on what type of award to choose can be tough. In some cases a more formal rendering or pre-production sample may be needed before a decision is made. Our design team is prepared to create renderings or pre-production models to help you in your decision making process. Any service incurring a service fee will be discussed before we proceed.

  Step 4:
